This 2 part session will provide an in-depth look at infant mental health in the military and enhance your cultural competency for Military Families who live in every county in Washington. Military families experience unique stressors that directly influence infant mental health. Additionally, best practices utilized in the military community apply to multiple other culturally unique communities that are highly mobile as they seek connections and relationships. Any child-serving professional will benefit from this conference as they develop a broader understanding of the challenges and resilience of military families.
